Our website’s main language is in English, however we have also provided a Finnish translation for our Finnish customers. At this stage, however all order information will be sent in English.
Delivery charges and options will be displayed in the checkout once you have entered all your shipping address details. The charges vary depending on the product ordered, the quantity and the delivery location.
We use Paypal to accept payments. You can either use your existing Paypal account, sign up for a new Paypal account, or you can also pay via Credit Card without having a Paypal account.
For our Finnish customers, we also offer Finnish E-banking online payment via Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Delivery times vary depending on the products purchased and the shipping location. As a guide, please see below.
The clothing is shipped from Finland. For domestic deliveries within Finland we use Posti. For International deliveries we use DHL global mail. Shipping estimated timeframes can be seen below.
Finland – 2 to 3 business days
Western Europe – 2 to 5 business days
USA and Canada – 3 to 6 business days
Rest of Europe – 3 to 7 business days
Rest of World – 3 to 8 business days
The playmats are shipped from the USA and can only be delivered to customers within the USA. Shipping is performed by Amazon and their shipping times are as follows;
Standard – 3 to 5 business days
Expedited – 2 business days
Priority – Next business day
We utilize the highest SSL encryption which is the industry standard for Internet encryption, used by banks to secure online transactions. We do not access or store any payment data, such as credit card numbers, bank account details etc. The transactions are processed confidentially by Paypal & Checkout.fi over an encrypted SSL connection.
Your order information will only be accessed by us to assist in processing deliveries, billing, transportation and customer care. If you have submitted your details for our Newsletter, this information is stored in our Mailchimp account which is only accessed by us. We use this information to notify you of any upcoming sales and new products. You can opt-out of this information at any time by clicking the unsubsrcibe link at the bottom of any email we send.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a follow up email advising that your product has been shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the shipment.
If you would like an invoice, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
Our clothing products can be shipped internationally, however the Playmats can only be shipped to the USA at this stage.
Our clothing can be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is needed for any item/s returned. The shipping costs incurred by the refund will be paid by the customer. Before returning your product, please always contact us first via firstname.lastname@example.org.
