What are the delivery charges for orders?
Delivery charges and options will be displayed in the checkout once you have entered all your shipping address details. The charges vary depending on the product ordered, the quantity and the delivery location.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
a) Clothing
The clothing is shipped from Australia via Australia Post. At this stage we only deliver within Australia. Estimated delivery times can be seen below.
Victoria – 2 to 3 business days
New South Wales – 3 to 5 business days
Queensland – 3 to 6 business days
South Australia – 3 to 6 business days
Western Australia – 3 to 6 business days
Tasmania - 3 to 5 business days
b) Playmats
The playmats are shipped from the USA and can only be delivered to customers within the USA. Shipping is performed by Amazon and their shipping times can be seen upon checkout
How secure is shopping on your website? Is my data protected?
We utilize the highest SSL encryption which is the industry standard for Internet encryption, used by banks to secure online transactions. We do not access or store any payment data, such as credit card numbers, bank account details etc. Your order information will only be accessed by us to assist in processing deliveries, billing, transportation and customer care. If you have submitted your details for our Newsletter, this information is stored in our Mailchimp account which is only accessed by us. We use this information to notify you of any upcoming sales and new products. You can opt-out of this information at any time by clicking the unsubsrcibe link at the bottom of any email we send.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a follow up email advising that your product has been shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the shipment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
If you would like an invoice, please contact us directly at admin@olikaidesign.com.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
What countries do you ship to?
Our clothing products can only be shipped to Australia. The Playmats can only be shipped to the USA at this stage.
What about returning Products?
a) Clothing
Our clothing can be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is needed for any item/s returned. The shipping costs incurred by the refund will be paid by the customer. Before returning your product, please always contact us first via admin@olikaidesign.com.
b) Playmats
As our playmats are shipped via Amazon in the USA, the return policy can be found here.
